Casual Friday: Indiana Glam Edition

You have to love a company that has a casual Friday policy.  Away go the stark suits and leather pumps and out comes a slice of comfort that reminds us that the weekend is right around the corner.  Yes, I love my casual Fridays!  So today I decided to pull together a super comfortable casual look via Fashion to Figure that mixes a little glam with lots of comfort to create a look that is casual Friday approved.

About the Look:

This look comes via Fashion to Figure.  Fashion to Figure is a fun, trendy junior plus brand that brings adorable stylish items to the plus size community.  This pleated midi skirt is delicate and beautiful, plus it is the perfect shade of pink for this season.  I’m in a 3X in the skirt and will warn that even though the top layer of this skirt is pretty long. The slip underneath fit me a little short, but that’s not a major surprise to me since I wear most of my weight in my hips and backside.  I am also 5’3″, so definitely note where this fits on me if you are taller.

I paired this look with a soft chambray top from Fashion to Figure, which I also love.  I am excited that chambray continues to be a fashion staple.  It is so easy to style and gives you a great casual, but pulled together look.  I’m in a 3X but could have sized down to a 2X in this top.

Now for the accessories!  What girl can say no to a sparkly shoe?  Well not this one and when they are super comfy the way these are, you know it’s an easy pick.  The shoes are from Coach and are true to size.  The necklace is from Fashion to Figure and this awesome bag was a gift from J.Jill.
