8 Quotes to Remember from The Women’s March

Over the past week our country has embarked on an emotional rollercoaster. I've seen friends, readers, family members and strangers cry, laugh, scream, celebrate and at times just stay quiet. The emotions were real and strong no matter what side of the political spectrum you stood. However, today, for the first time in a long time it seemed as if our nation was united with a mission to be heard.

Our sisters (and brothers) came together and looked beyond race, sex, history, education, and pain.

Tonight I go to bed proud and with a full heart. Not because our march solved the problems of our country but because it was a reminder of how freaking bad ass we can be if we work together.

So my beautiful ladies, before you call it quits tonight, I wanted to share with you a few of my favorite inspirational quotes from today's bad ass women who continue to push, fight and let their voices be heard.

I think many of us were screaming "you go girl" during Ashley's speech.

I secretly admit that as a huge fan of America and as a fellow latina, this was my favorite quote of the day.

And while this wasn't from today, I felt it deserved a place in today's post.
