Dressing Your Bump With Non-Maternity Options

I few weeks ago I shared with you some of my tips for shopping for cute and affordable maternity options.  Well today I want to share with you two looks from Torrid that left me feeling comfortable and cute while still giving my growing belly room.   Personally as a shorter woman I LOVE shopping at Torrid. I feel like their clothing always works well for my shape and very rarely do I need to return or exchange anything I order from them. I am also a HUGE fan of Torrid bras. Actually, it is all I wear. They are sexy and youthful and again don't overwhelm my shorter torso. For today's look I am sporting a gorgeous day look and a sassy evening look.

Dress (wearing a size 2); Flower Crown; Belly Chain

My first look is this stunning maxi dress. Ladies, I fell so in love with this look. I knew when traveling to Bermuda that I wanted to take a few pictures by the beach. While my bump is still in hiding I wanted to take pictures that celebrated this amazing moment in our lives and the joy in our heart.

This dress made me feel like a goddess and even though it pretty much rain all day, I refused to take it off.

Dress; Strapless Bra

Once we got back to the ship and finally dried off I decided to change into a more evening look. Ladies, I love this look. It has a vintage flair and just enough sex appeal.

This little number was perfect for an evening of dinner and later a show.  Plus it was very comfortable to wear and it is a dress that I know I will be able to use again throughout my pregnancy.

So ladies, if the traditional maternity stores are not cutting it then make sure to check out your local plus size stores. Stores like Torrid have really great options that will work now through your pregnancy and after.

What is your go to store for maternity wear?
